Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

At Panowings, we strive to deliver your cooking merchandise quickly and safely. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

  • Free shipping on orders over CA$100
  • CA$12.95 for orders under CA$100
  • Available throughout Canada

Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

  • CA$24.95 flat rate
  • Available in major Canadian cities
  • Order tracking included

International Shipping (7-14 Business Days)

  • Starting from CA$29.95
  • Available to select countries
  • Customs fees may apply

Order Processing

All orders are processed at our Vancouver warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons and promotional periods, processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package:

  • Through your account dashboard
  • Via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • By contacting our customer service team

Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following shipping restrictions:

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes
  • Some remote locations may require additional delivery time
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions to specific countries

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number and photos of damaged items (if applicable)
  • We will investigate the issue with our shipping partner
  • Resolution will be provided within 3-5 business days
