Returns Policy

Return Period

At Panowings, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@panowings.com or call +1 604-423-1325 to initiate your return
  2. Fill out the return form that was included with your order
  3. Package your items securely in their original packaging
  4. Attach the provided return shipping label
  5. Drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping location

Return Shipping

For returns within Canada:

  • Free returns on orders over CA$100
  • CA$9.95 return shipping fee for orders under CA$100
  • Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund

For international returns:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the items within 2 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your refund
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Custom or personalized merchandise
  • Items damaged through customer use
  • Items without original tags and packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged items or packaging
  • We will arrange a free return shipping label
  • Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost

Exchange Policy

For size or color exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Indicate your preferred replacement on the return form
  • We will process the exchange once we receive your return
  • Replacement items are subject to availability
